Title:
SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/066153
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In this invention, a first electrode 1, which is a metallic electrode, is formed into a cylindrical shape. Since a metallic electrode is adopted as the first electrode 1, surface irregularities do not arise readily compared to an electrode produced by metallizing the surface of a ceramic base material. The first electrode 1 shown in figure 2 is a cylinder member disposed along the z axis direction, and has an inner peripheral surface of diameter D1. A second electrode 2, which is an electrode disposed on the side of at least one of the openings of the first electrode 1, is formed into, for instance, a flat plate shape that is parallel to the x-y plane. The size and arrangement of a conductive sphere 3 are determined in such a manner that the conductive sphere 3 may move between a position where contact is established simultaneously with both the first electrode 1 and the second electrode 2, and a position where no contact is established with at least one of the two electrodes.
