Abstract:
Provided is a sensor (100), for sensing the position of a substrate (300) on a liquid crystal panel processing machine bench (200), wherein the machine bench (200) is provided with a rotation shaft (200) and rollers (220); the sensor (100) comprises magnetic units (10), a coil (20) and a sensing circuit (30); the magnetic units (10) are fixedly arranged on the rollers (220); the coil (20) is arranged in the rotation shaft (210); the sensing circuit (30) is in communication with the coil (20); when the substrate (300) slides to the position of the rollers (220), the rollers (220) drive the magnetic units (10) to rotate around the rotation shaft (210); the coil (20) cuts magnetic lines so as to generate a current; and by monitoring an electric signal in the sensing circuit (30), an operator can determine the position of the substrate (300) on the machine bench (200). The sensor (100) has a simple structure and high reliability, and can be used in a dry segment and a wet segment of the machine bench (200), so that the yield of manufacturing of liquid crystal panels can be increased.
