Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a separation device for separation and purification to obtain target particles from a plurality of liquid samples at the same time. The separation device comprises: a plurality of separation chips, and a vacuum system. Each separation chip comprises: a sample cell for accommodating the liquid samples; and a first opening and a second opening located on both sides of the sample cell. The vacuum system comprises: a first vacuum pump connected to the first opening of each separation chip, the first vacuum pump generating a negative pressure in the separation chip by means of the first opening so as to separate target particles in the liquid samples in the sample cell; and a second vacuum pump connected to the second opening of each separation chip, the second vacuum pump generating a negative pressure in the separation chip by means of the second opening so as to separate target particles in the liquid samples in the sample cell. Also provided in the present invention is a method for separating target particles in liquid samples using the separation device.
