Title:
SEPARATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/141685
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This separation device separates dielectric particles. The separation device is provided with: a flow path (20); a plurality of electrodes (31, 32); a power source unit (40); and a control unit. The flow path (20) delivers a suspension containing dielectric particles. The plurality of electrodes (31, 32) are disposed in the flow path (20) and have a three-dimensional shape extending in the height direction of the flow path (20). The power source unit (40) applies an AC voltage having a predetermined frequency to the plurality of electrodes (31, 32) so as to cause dielectrophoresis of the dielectric particles. The control unit controls the power source unit (40).
