Abstract:
Provided are a separation gel system for extracting and purifying platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and a preparation method therefor. The separation gel system comprises inert separation gel, porous nano-silica and modified white carbon black; the separation gel system has a density in the range of 1.045-1.08 g/cm 3. The preparation method of the separating gel is as follows: preparing the inert separating gel into a viscous system with a viscosity of 300,000 to 600,000; adding porous nano-silica and modified white carbon black into the viscous system, grinding and stirring, to produce a finished product with a density in the range of 1.045 ~ 1.08g/cm 3. The separation gel system is used to solve the problems of low purity and low recovery rate in the existing PRP extraction technology, and can greatly improve the recovery rate of the PRP under the condition of better purity.
