Abstract:
A separation maintaining mechanism for all kinds of spring biased type axial
self-control clutch comprises a block ring (100), an auxiliary block ring (80)
and an auxiliary spacing ring (210). The block ring (100) and the auxiliary block
ring (80) define a block tabling mechanism so as to maintain the separation of
the operation connection. The block ring (100) and the auxiliary spacing ring
(210) define a spacing tabling mechanism so as to stable the block of the block
tabling mechanism. The spacing tabling mechanism and the block tabling mechanism
are integrated rigidly or fixed circumferentially. The block tabling mechanism
is positioned in the operation connection axially and inside or outside the operation
connection radically. The components of the block tabling mechanism have sufficient
ascent angle of the block surface so as to ensure the self-locking when they contact
and th stability of the block situation. So the abilities of self adaptation separation
and automatically wear compensation are provided, and the skid turn mode in which
all the components have no collision in the block situation can be maintained.
The separation block and the tabling reset process of the spacing tabling mechanism
are absolutely reliable.
