Abstract:
A separation module (14) comprises: a tube (32) having a through-hole (32A) formed on the outer peripheral surface; a laminated body (26), which is wound around the tube (32) in multiple layers in such a manner as to cover the through-hole (32A), wherein a supply gas flow passage member through which a gas (28) is supplied, a separation member through which a gas component (44) in the gas (28), which passes through the supply gas flow passage member, is transmitted and separated, and a permeated gas flow passage member through which the gas component (44), which has passed through the separation member, flows toward the through-hole (32A), are laminated; and a cover member (40) that covers the laminated body (26), preventing the gas (28) from passing to the outside, and in which an inlet (40C) for a sweep gas that flows from the outside to a winding finishing end (54A) of the permeated gas flow passage member is formed.
