Abstract:
A separation and recycling system for an abrasive subjected to rail grinding using a high-pressure abrasive water jet, comprising an abrasive primary separation module, an abrasive drying module, an abrasive secondary separation module and an abrasive collection and storage module. The abrasive primary separation module comprises a recovery water tank (4), a filter screen (5) and a vibration motor (3); the abrasive drying module conveys, to the abrasive secondary separation module, an abrasive subjected to primary drying; the abrasive secondary separation module comprises an abrasive separator (18), a fan (17) and a recovered abrasive pipeline (19); an air inlet of the fan (17) is communicated with the abrasive separator (18), and the fan (17) is used for providing corresponding level of wind power according to the gravity and the windward area of an abrasive to be recovered, so that an abrasive satisfying both the gravity and the surface roughness enters the recovered abrasive pipeline (19) under the action of the wind power; the abrasive collection and storage module is used for storing abrasives collected by the recovered abrasive pipeline (19). The system can improve the abrasive separation accuracy and the abrasive recovery quality, so that abrasives can be more fully recovered and recycled.
