Abstract:
The separator (10) has a constitution in which a second surface (10b) of a first plate-shaped member (10A) and a first surface (10c) of a second plate-shaped member (10B) are bonded to one another. The second surface (10b) is provided with convex portions (31) and concave portions (31a) corresponding to the concave and convex shape of the surface on the reverse side. The first surface (10c) is provided with convex portions (39) and concave portions (39a) corresponding to the concave and convex shape of the surface on the reverse side. The convex portions (31), the convex portions (39), the concave portions (31a) and the concave portions (39a) constitute a cooling water flow passage wall between the second surface (10b) and the first surface (10c), which defines the cooling water flow passage. On the second surface (10b), a first cooling water pass-through portion (32) and a second cooling water pass-through portion (33) are formed respectively in adjacent regions to one extremity and the other extremity of the cooling water flow passage wall. The first cooling water passage portion (32) and the second cooling water passage portion (33) are provided with protrusions (36) protruding toward the first surface (10c).
