Abstract:
A separator plate forming method, comprising: rolling a strip of material into a cylinder; welding a gap in the cylinder (1) formed after the rolling; expanding the opening at one end of the cylinder (1); performing a first necking on a second cylindrical portion (11) by using a connecting portion between a connecting section (12) and a first cylindrical portion (10) as a support point; performing a second necking on a bent section (13) by using a connecting portion between the bent section (13) and the first cylindrical portion (1) as a support point; flattening a second bent section (14) by using a connecting portion between the second bent section (14) and the first cylindrical portion (10) as a support point; and forming an inward flange at an end portion of a flattened section (16). The present invention addresses the problems in the separator plate forming process of high costs and low material utilization rate.
