Abstract:
The present invention relates to a separator tension-maintaining device for manufacturing a secondary battery, the device being capable of maintaining constant tension of a separator when a wide-type separator is supplied to be folded in a zigzag on a stack table while being transferred at a predetermined pitch. The separator tension-maintaining device for manufacturing the secondary battery, according to the present invention, may comprise: a separator supply unit for supplying the separator; a plurality of centering rolls, which are arranged in pairs above the center portion of the stack table allowing electrodes to be stacked on the separator, so that the separator transferred from the separator supply unit to the stack table is supported while passing therethrough; a stacking unit, which reciprocates in the lateral direction between the centering rolls and the stack table to stack the separator in a zigzag on the stack table; and a tension compensation unit including a fixed roll, which is arranged between the separator supply unit and the centering rolls so as to be in close contact with one surface of the separator, a rotating roll, which is arranged at a position spaced a predetermined distance from the fixed roll so as to be in close contact with the other surface of the separator and is linked to the movement of the stacking unit to move the separator in the lateral direction while rotating at a predetermined angle in the lateral direction with respect to the fixed roll, and a rotating means for rotating the rotating rolls in the lateral direction within a predetermined angle range.
