Abstract:
A sequence recognition method and apparatus, an image processing device, and a storage medium, which relate to the technical field of image recognition. The method comprises: by using an image recognition model, performing feature extraction on a target image to be recognized, and obtaining a first feature map, the first feature map comprising multiple first image features; on the basis of a convolutional neural network layer and a fully connected layer in the image recognition model, performing time sequence relationship extraction on the first feature map, and obtaining a second feature map that merges upper and lower information included in the target image, the second feature map comprising multiple second image features; and on the basis of the multiple first image features and the multiple second image features, performing character recognition on the target image in parallel, and obtaining a character sequence. Since the second feature map contains the time sequence relationship between characters, character recognition can thus be performed in parallel on the basis of the first feature map and the second feature map, which improves the efficiency of character recognition.
