Abstract:
In the present invention, a working chamber (2) formed inside a housing (1) communicates with a supply/discharge port (6) via a supply/discharge path (7) for hydraulic oil. A valve case (11) for a sequence valve (10) is mounted in a mounting hole (8) formed in a middle part of the supply/discharge path (7). A valve seat (25) is formed inside a cylindrical hole (20) formed in the valve case (11). A valve member (26) is urged leftward by a pressure setting spring (31) toward the valve seat (25). When the pressure of the hydraulic oil supplied into the supply/discharge path (7) on the supply/discharge port (6) side exceeds a set pressure, the hydraulic oil causes the valve member (26) to move and open rightward against the pressure setting spring (31).
