SEQUENTIAL LOCKING MECHANISM SYSTEM
This invention is related with a mechanism that prevents risk of overturning of chest of drawers by enabling drawers to open sequentially, thus preventing the other drawers from opening when one drawer opens after closing the drawers of such products with drawers like commode etc., and running system of said mechanism.
It is possible to collect the chest of drawers existing in the market as metal and/or wooden under the titles of card index commodes, filing cabinets, wardrobes and fire cabinets. Various lock mechanisms are used on the drawers of the types of commodes mentioned above, and drawers are locked by classical locking systems.
The invention is the first in regard to functionality, and it has a specific logic of running. Locking mechanism has a structure that interlocks all other drawers when one of the drawers opens.
In sequential card index commodes and/or the like, during sway and/or shake arising from opening the drawer of the commode by the user and/or an undesired involuntary force other drawers which are not closed by locking spontaneously open by the shake and/or drive of a force. In other words, let's suppose there are commode drawers one on top of the other. While opening the top drawer, if the drawers underneath are not locked they open by the drive move of the top drawer downwards, or the bottom drawers open by an undesired involuntary force caused by the shake. The present invention is a first time used product in industry, and it consists of a locking mechanism whose structure locks other drawers when any of the drawers opens in sequential card index commodes and/or other commodes.
Present invention which overcomes the negativities mentioned above is related with a mechanism that prevents risk of overturning of chest of drawers by enabling drawers to open sequentially, thus preventing the other drawers from opening when one drawer opens after closing the drawers of such products with drawers like commode etc., and running system of said mechanism. The goal of the invention by considering the state of the art is removing the current disadvantages thorough a locking mechanism that prevents risk of overturning of chest of drawers by enabling drawers to open sequentially, thus preventing the other drawers from opening when one drawer opens after closing the drawers of such products with drawers like commode etc., and running system of said mechanism.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This invention whose views are depicted in Figure 1 and 2 is related with a mechanism that prevents risk of overturning of chest of drawers by enabling drawers to open sequentially, thus preventing the other drawers from opening when one drawer opens after closing the drawers of such products with drawers like commode etc., and consists of five major parts which are a locking pin (1), a main body (2), a sheet bar moving device (3), a cover (4), and a main body locking device. 6- The present invention which was designed for the drawers of the commodes that are called card index (sequential commode systems) can be used in commodes like filing cabinets, wardrobes and fire cabinets that are the other types of commodes that are made of metal and wood. The invention has a very practical and successful mechanism in respect to functionality and design, and it consists of five major parts: These are: Locking pin (1), which is made of (glass-fibre reinforced) nylon 6, and which ensures locking and manipulates the moving devices (3). The main body (2) is made of (glass-fibre reinforced) nylon 6 and carries the other parts on itself. Sheet bar moving device (3) is made of (glass- fibre reinforced) nylon 6 and it ensures the locking pins (1) on the top and bottom drawers to be anchored by moving the pivoting locking pin (1). The cover (4) is made of (glass-fibre reinforced) nylon 6 and it ensures the sheet bar moving devices (3) to be anchored the main body (2). The main body locking device (5) is made of (glass-fibre reinforced) nylon 6 and it is the central locking unit.
Sequential system locking mechanism has a structure that locks other drawers when any of the drawers of the commode opens, and it includes a running system in which firstly the main lock is unlocked in the body of the commode. Then, the drawer which the user wants to open is pulled. The pin on the drawer moves in the lock cylinder (1) of the lock and enables the locking pin (1) to pivot upon the drawer being pulled. Locking is ensured when the locking pins (5) on the top and bottom drawers are anchored when the sheet bar moving devices (3) are manipulated by the pivoting locking pin (1). Thus, the drawer that is desired to be opened opens, and the other drawers are locked through said system.
