Abstract:
The invention provides a device for the dosing and application of a controlled dose of a substance to a target area, the device comprising an elongate strip 15 containing a plurality of capsules 17 a housing 10, and a transport mechanism 14 within the housing 10, whereby the mechanism 14 advances the strip 15 toward the applicator end 11 of the device at which point the strip 15 is peelably separable to expose the content of the capsule 17 at the applicator end 11 and enabling the content to be applied to a target surface.
