Title:
SERIAL-CONNECTION DIFFERENTIAL POWER CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE EQUIPPED WITH WORK CONDITION CIRCUIT AND BYPASS CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/140566
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a serial-connection differential power conditioning system for a photovoltaic module, equipped with a work condition circuit and a bypass circuit and including a power control method of a power control device for controlling a DC power of one or a plurality of DC power conditioners connected in series respectively to a plurality of photovoltaic modules having a serial structure, the power control method comprising the steps of: measuring voltages/current values of the photovoltaic modules; controlling currents of power conditioning modules to reach a maximum power point; and controlling the power conditioning modules while varying a PV-string current value, so that an integrated voltage/current of the entire power conditioning modules connected to the photovoltaic modules reaches a maximum power point in the serial connection state. The serial-connection differential power conditioning system for a photovoltaic module comprises: a work condition circuit present in each controller; and a maximum power control circuit that operates an internal power circuit so that, in the work condition circuit, when a difference between the voltage of the photovoltaic module and the output voltage of the power conditioner is less than 5 %, the voltage and current of the photovoltaic module are transmitted as-is to the PV string, enabling transmission of voltage and current without a switching loss of the serial-connection differential power conditioning system.
