A master device (12) and slave devices (13, 14) are linked by an SDA (16) and an SCL (15), and a serial communication data signal sent through the SDA (16) and/or a serial communication clock signal sent through the SCL (15) is input after being latched by a noise reduction clock signal having a higher frequency than the serial communication clock signal.
