Abstract:
The present invention provides a serial PWM signal decoding circuit based on a capacitance charge-discharge structure, comprising: a time sequence logic generation circuit having an input end for receiving a PWM differential signal, wherein the time sequence logic generation circuit generates a time sequence logic signal; at least two capacitance charge-discharge decoding modules having input ends respectively connected to output ends of the time sequence logic generation circuit, wherein the capacitance charge-discharge decoding modules perform charging and discharging according to the time sequence logic signal. During a decoding process, voltages of charge-discharge capacitances of the capacitance charge-discharge decoding modules before charging and discharging are a common mode voltage VCM, and a voltage of a charge-discharge node after charging and discharging is Vc. Decoding is performed by determining the voltage difference polarity of the VCM and the Vc and identifying a PWM signal. The present invention further provides a serial PWM signal decoding method based on a capacitance charge-discharge structure. The structure disclosed in the present invention is simple and does not need to synchronize code streams, thus avoiding the use of a complicated CDR and an oversampling structure, realizing the decoding of PWM signals under different rates, increasing the efficiency of signal transmission and lowering power consumption.
