Abstract:
The present invention relates to a series connection type charging and discharging device for charging or discharging batteries (B) by applying power to at least two batteries (B), the series connection type charging and discharging device further comprising a main on-off switch (10), a plurality of charge/discharge balancing devices (A), and an average value output unit (30), such that the series connection type charging and discharging device of a simple structure enables charging and discharging of the batteries (B), prevents the occurrence of dangerous situations (overcharging, overdischarging) of the batteries when charging and discharging the batteries using a series connection type, and improves charging and discharging efficiency by matching the charging and discharging speeds of the plurality of batteries (B) to each other when charging and discharging the batteries in a series connection type.
