Abstract:
A series of polymers having the properties of acid-sensitive degradation and temperature sensitivity and a drug loading composition thereof. A polymer has a structure represented by formula (1) and has the properties of degradation and temperature sensitivity in a physiological environment; that is, the polymer is in a solid state at a temperature below a phase change temperature, and is in a liquid state at a temperature above the phase change temperature, so that the polymer is in a stable state in a low-temperature environment of a storage condition and is in a state of relatively high flowability in a use environment and thus ensures storage stability and injection smoothness while maintaining good drug release property and degradability. Also disclosed are a preparation method for the polymer and a pharmaceutical composition containing the polymer.
