Title:
SERUM ALBUMIN-20 K GROWTH HORMONE FUSION PROTEIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/159540
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drug containing as the active ingredient a persistent human growth hormone preparation having suppressed prolactin-like activity and a longer half-life in the blood than 22 K human growth hormone. This persistent human growth hormone preparation is a fusion protein having a human serum albumin part and a 20 K human growth hormone part, wherein the fusion protein includes a fusion protein having growth-promoting activity, especially a fusion protein having a 20 K human growth hormone part linked to the C-terminal side of a human growth hormone part via a linker sequence.
