Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to enable precise detection of the occurrence of abnormalities in out-of-service areas. Provided is a server 5 comprising: an area identification unit 24A for identifying an out of service area wherein communication with an information communication device 3 cannot be carried out; a determination unit 24B for determining whether the information communication device 3 has entered the out of service area using position information of the information communication device 3; a computation unit 24C for computing an expected stay duration that the information communication device 3 will stay in the out of service area; and a notification control unit 24D for, if it is determined that the information communication device 3 has entered the out of service area, executing a notification process for notifying a contact of prescribed information if the elapsed time from when the communication with the information communication device 3 could not be carried out exceeds the expected stay duration.
