Abstract:

A problem arises in that it takes time and cost for an agent to ascertain information relating to an intellectual property procedure. A server device according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a communication unit which receives information relating to intellectual property as transmitted from a user terminal that can be operated by a user; a generation unit which generates display data for displaying a chat room in which the user and an agent can exchange information; and a processing unit which transmits, via the communication unit to the user terminal, display data for displaying the chat room including the information relating to the intellectual property as received by the communication unit, wherein the processing unit notifies, via the communication unit, an agent terminal that can be operated by the agent, of at least part of the information relating to the intellectual property and included in the chat room.
