Abstract:
It is possible to effectively display a wallpaper of advertisement information appropriate to a user interest and liking without requiring a complicated operation by the user of a communication terminal. An advertisement system includes a distribution server (12) connectable to the Internet (30) and a plenty of user terminals (52). The distribution server (12) has a wallpaper database (18) in which a plenty of wallpaper data based on the advertisement information is accumulated and a time schedule database (20) set for each user (50) according to the user information and the wallpaper data distribution destination specification category data. The user terminal (52) acquires time schedule data and at least one wallpaper data displayed/specified by it from the distribution server (12). According to the acquired time schedule (72), the wallpaper display is switched and the distribution server (12) is automatically accessed according to the update date and time information, thereby updating the schedule data and acquiring the wallpaper data.
