Abstract:

A server device (100) for managing an electronic marketplace in which a plurality of shops have been opened is provided with: an extraction unit (101); a transmission unit (102); and a chat unit (103). The extraction unit (101) extracts a task which is to be processed by each of the plurality of shops, and which has not been completed even though a grace period corresponding to the task type has elapsed. When a shop to process the extracted task logs in to the server device, the transmission unit (102) transmits, to a consultant, a notification specified by the shop. When a reply from the consultant to the notification is present, a chat unit (103) implements a chat via speech or characters between the consultant and the shop.
