Abstract:
An EMS server (14) calculates a prediction value of total power consumption at the end of a reference time period on the basis of the present electrical power consumption of a load device of a user and on the basis of the remaining time in the reference time period. The EMS server (14) controls the load device on the basis of the prediction value of the total power consumption and a response time. The response time is a period from when the settings of the load device change until the electrical power consumption stops changing.
