Provided is a server device that guides residents to appropriate evacuation sites. A server device that comprises a resident information database, a reception unit, an authentication unit, and a determination unit. The resident information database stores biological information for each of a plurality of residents. The reception unit receives an evacuation destination determination request from a first terminal that is operated by an evacuation seeker who wants to evacuate to an evacuation site, the evacuation destination determination request including biological information for the evacuation seeker and location information for the first terminal. The authentication unit specifies the evacuation seeker from among the plurality of residents by means of bioauthentication that uses the biological information for the evacuation seeker and the biological information stored in the resident information database. On the basis of at least the location information for the first terminal, the determination unit determines an evacuation site that is an evacuation destination for the evacuation seeker specified from among a plurality of evacuation sites.
