The purpose of the present invention is to provide service related to giving work instructions to a user. The server device according to the present invention is configured to be able to communicate with at least one user device via a network, and includes a processor unit for controlling the operation of the server device, wherein said processor unit is configured at least to: determine whether or not data monitored by the server device satisfy predetermined conditions; if it is determined that the monitored data satisfy the predetermined conditions, identify at least one work instruction associated with the case in which the monitored data satisfy the predetermined conditions, and further identify, from among said at least one user device, at least one user device associated with the case in which the monitored data satisfy the predetermined conditions; and transmit the identified at least one work instruction to the identified at least one user device via the network.
