Abstract:
Provided is a server device that reduces the number of redeliveries of parcels to a housing complex and the like. The server device comprises an acquisition means and a delivery control means. The acquisition means acquires storage situation information indicating the presence or absence of parcels in storage spaces for storing parcels destined for a plurality of houses. The delivery control means calculates, on the basis of at least the storage situation information, a delivery route for delivering, to a delivery destination, a parcel stored in each of the storage spaces and a predicted delivery time at which the parcel is to be delivered to the delivery destination. The delivery control means notifies a worker of the calculated delivery route. The delivery control means notifies a resident at the delivery destination of the calculated predicted delivery time.
