Abstract:
Provided is a server device that improves convenience for a user receiving services provided by a plurality of businesses. A reservation control means performs control pertaining to reservation of a transportation means, and control pertaining to reservation at a facility in the vicinity of either the departure location or the arrival location of the reserved transportation means. A user information database stores a user's biological information, work information, and reservation information of facilities in the vicinity. An authentication means processes a first authentication request using biological information included in the first authentication request received from a first authentication terminal installed at the departure location or the arrival location, and the respective biological information of a plurality of users stored in the user information database. The authentication means processes a second authentication request using biological information included in the second authentication request received from a second authentication terminal installed at a facility in the vicinity, and the respective biological information of a plurality of users stored in the user information database.
