Abstract:
Provided is a server device capable of grasping visit of a specific customer. A server device (100) comprises an acquisition unit (101), a determination unit (102), and a notification unit (103). The acquisition unit (101) acquires, from a reception terminal installed at an event site, ticket information on a ticket presented by a visitor who performs visitor registration on the reception terminal. The determination unit (102) determines whether or not the visitor matches a first person on the basis of the ticket information. The notification unit (103) notifies a second person of the fact that the first person has visited the event site when the visitor matches the first person.
