Abstract:
This server device 400 comprises: an instruction unit 421 which, in response to the receipt of a report from a reporting device, prompts the reporting device to transmit information indicating the situation of a site where an event to be reported has occurred; an auxiliary information transmission unit 422 which transmits, to the reporting device, auxiliary information for assisting a reporter who operates the reporting device; and an acquisition unit 423 which acquires information indicating the situation of the site from the reporting device.
