Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for, when determining e-mail recipients, reliably including, among said recipients, users from whom a response is anticipated. Provided is a server which provides website information by e-mail to a plurality of registered users, and which accepts traffic to the website information from client devices which are used by each of the registered users. The server comprises: a management means which manages histories of accesses from the client devices to the website information which is provided by the e-mail; an assessment means which assesses, on the basis of the histories of accesses, for each of the plurality of registered users, whether the registered users is an active user who carries out the access to the provided website information, or an inactive user who does not carry out said access; and a generating means which generates transmission lists of e-mail which is transmitted to at least a portion of the plurality of registered users, through combinations of the registered users assessed to be the active users and the registered users assessed to be the inactive users.
