Abstract:
This server (10) has: a reception unit (11) which receives operation information that indicates the status of a store device (60) and device identification information that identifies the store device (60); a keyword generation unit (12) which, on the basis of the operation information and the device identification information, generates a keyword used for searching a manual/video database (41) which stores the countermeasure to be employed when the store device (60) goes into a specific state; and a transmission unit (13) which transmits the keyword to a store address associated with the store.
