A service brake system (10) and a vehicle. The service brake system (10) comprises: a gas source (110); a front gas storage cylinder (120) and a rear gas storage cylinder (130), both the front gas storage cylinder (120) and the rear gas storage cylinder (130) being connected to the gas source (110); a first relay valve (140), an air inlet of the first relay valve (140) being connected to the front gas cylinder (120); a second relay valve (150), an air inlet of the second relay valve (150) being connected to the rear gas storage cylinder (130); and a foot brake valve (240), an air inlet of the foot brake valve (240) being connected to the front gas storage cylinder (120) and the rear gas storage cylinder (130), respectively, and an air outlet of the foot brake valve (240) being connected to the first relay valve (140) and the second relay valve (150), respectively. The service brake system (10) further comprises a front brake chamber, a middle axle brake chamber, and a rear axle brake chamber. The first relay valve (140) is connected to the front brake chamber, and the second relay valve (150) is respectively connected to the middle axle brake chamber and the rear axle brake chamber.
