Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a service continuity method and apparatus for a converged network, and a communication device. The method comprises: a core network device determining a service rule, which corresponds to a terminal, wherein the service rule comprises a processing rule for an audio and/or video service in which a switching target is at least one of a fixed access network, a mobile access network and a satellite access network; and upon receiving an access switching event which is initiated by the terminal or the network device, the core network device determining a first switching target, which corresponds to the access switching event, determining a first processing rule for the first switching target on the basis of the service rule, and performing service switching processing according to the first processing rule.
