Abstract:
This service control system is connected to a communication network to which a user device for performing intermachine communication can connect, controls services relating to said intermachine communication, and is provided with a receiving unit which receives state information indicating the state of the user device, and a communication control unit which, if a request to the user device is received from an application server, determines a communication operation in response to the request on the basis of the state information and executes the determined communication operation.
