Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a service data transmission method and device, an information configuration method and device, a terminal, and a base station. The service data transmission method comprises: receiving an RRC reconfiguration message which is sent by a source base station and is used for indicating terminal switching or primary cell change, the RRC reconfiguration message comprising a configuration of a first target resource for target service transmission; and mapping target service data to a corresponding first target resource for transmission according to the RRC reconfiguration message, the first target resource comprising one or more of a secondary cell under the source base station; a secondary base station corresponding to the source base station; a primary cell, under the secondary base station, corresponding to the source base station; a secondary cell, under the secondary base station, corresponding to the source base station; a secondary cell under a target base station; a secondary base station corresponding to the target base station; a primary cell, under the secondary base station, corresponding to the target base station; and a secondary cell, under the secondary base station, corresponding to the target base station.
