Abstract:
Disclosed are a service forwarding method and apparatus. The service forwarding method is applied to a multi-protocol label switching communication network, comprising: establishing a pseudo-wire load sharing group for load-sharing of a forwarding service, wherein the pseudo-wire load sharing group comprises a plurality of pseudo wires; and load-sharing the forwarding service via the pseudo-wire load sharing group. The solution solves the problems in the relevant art of pseudo-wire resource waste and/or primary and standby switching taking too long where a link is faulty, thereby saving pseudo-wire resources and improving the speed of convergence.
