Abstract:
Provided are a user-friendly service information management system and method. A service information management system 3 manages information relating to a service provided from a service provider company 1 to a service user company 2, the system comprising: a first service management data acquisition unit 31 that acquires first service management data T1 for managing the service use state for each facility of the service user company; a second service management data acquisition unit 32 that acquires second service management data T2 for storing the service use state for each facility; an association unit 34 that, by collating the first service management data and the second service management data, associates a service use state included in the first service management data and facility identification information included in the second service management data; and a data provision unit 36 that provides the data associated by the association unit to a computer of the service user company.
