Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a service information provision system and control method with which it is possible to respond to a variety of service requests on the basis of acquired affinity information pertaining to shared service users without placing a burden on a user or a shared service provider. [Solution] Provided is a service information provision system for a service vendor to operate in providing a service to a plurality of users who share a common space at the same time, said system comprising: a storage unit for storing affinity information representing affinities among the plurality of users, said information generated on the basis of sensor data obtained by sensing the plurality of users using the service; a communication unit for receiving service requests from the users; and a control unit for, with reference to affinity information for the users and other users pre-stored in the storage unit, performing control such that service provision information based on the service requests is provided via the communication unit.
