The present invention provides a service information push method comprising the following steps: receiving a service information acquisition request initiated by a user terminal; acquiring the current operating scenario information about the user terminal according to the service information acquisition request; selecting target service information from a service information server according to the current operating scenario information, and converting the target service information into primary service information matched with a current operating scenario of the user terminal; and pushing the primary service information to the user terminal. In addition, the present invention also provides a service information push system. The service information push method can perform service information push according to a current operating scenario of a user terminal, thereby realizing more accurate service information push and a more harmonious service information display effect.
