Abstract:
This service providing system, in which target information included in an image displayed on a user terminal 2 is read by an information acquisition terminal 3 and a server 5 executes a process based on the acquired target information, comprises: the user terminal is caused to output confirmation information differentiated from the target information prior to or subsequent to displaying of the target image (F3); the information acquisition terminal 3 acquires the confirmation information so as to be transmitted to the server 5 (F5, F6); confirmation of an information transmission path from the information acquisition terminal 3 to the server 5 is performed for the confirmation information acquired by the server 5, and confirmation of an information transmission path from the information acquisition terminal 3 to the server 5 is also performed for the target information; and permission or inhibition of process execution by the server 5 is controlled through comparison of the confirmed information transmission paths.
