Abstract:
A service provision management system provides user-side devices 4, 5 with an information processing service from a plurality of service provision devices 6, 7. The service provision management system is equipped with: a service quality management unit 113 for obtaining and managing service quality information about the information processing service provided by each of the plurality of service provision devices; a service selection unit 112 for selecting at least one service provision device associated with a user-side device from among the plurality of service provision devices, on the basis of the service quality information managed by the service quality management unit and a user request pertaining to service quality from a user; and a data forwarding unit 212 for associating a user-side device and a service provision device selected by the service selection unit, forwarding the service request from the user-side device to the associated service provision device, and transmitting the results of the information processing service by the service provision device to the user-side device.
