Abstract:
A service provision system (1) receives a service login request from a user terminal (30) operated by a user, and authenticates the user, when successfully acquiring a secret key for authentication from the user terminal (30), on the basis of the acquired secret key and a secret key held in advance. Further, when not successfully acquiring a secret key from the user terminal (30) or failing in authentication using the secret key, the service provision system (1) authenticates the user on the basis of an incoming phone call from a mobile terminal (40) which is associated with the user.
