Abstract:

Provided in the present application are a service quality of service negotiation method and apparatus, the method comprising: a first device acquiring a quality of service creation message that is sent by an application server, and creating quality of service information associated with a service according to the quality of service creation message, wherein the quality of service creation message comprises: a service identifier, and quality of service information corresponding to the service identifier. Thus, an association between a service and quality of service may be created, and different qualities of service may be used for different services.
