Abstract:
The present invention relates to a service request system and a service request method using a service request device for a room which provides multi-language support and, more particularly, to a service request system and a service request method using a service request device for a room which provides multi-language support, wherein, when a user selects and requests a service in the room, the request for the selected service is made through a language selected by the user. When a user selects and requests a service in a room, the present invention allows the user to request the service through a language selected by the user. Therefore, the present invention: enables a user to overcome difficulties in verbal communication and thus identify and call a desired service just as intended, thereby providing an efficient operation process; when the service is called through the service request system, calls a corresponding employee so as to immediately treat the service; and allows the user to easily know the result of the treatment of the service request, thereby providing service convenience to the user.
