Disclosed are a service transmission method and apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a network device configures a first region for a first service; the network device establishes a first connection of the first service to a terminal device; the network device transmits the first service to the terminal device based on the first connection of the first service, wherein the terminal device does not need to execute the handover process when moving in the first service region.
