Abstract:
A service voice navigation method, comprising: obtaining a terminal identification of a caller terminal; extracting a service type successfully navigating for many times corresponding to the terminal identification within a preset period of time; obtaining voice navigation information corresponding to the extracted service type; sending the obtained voice navigation information to the caller terminal and playing same; receiving voice confirmation information returned by the caller terminal according to the obtained voice navigation information; and transferring the caller terminal to a service terminal according to the received voice confirmation information, the service terminal corresponding to the extracted service type.
