Abstract:
The position sensor signal of an actuator of the type having a built-in drive circuit includes the switching current flowing through the coil in the actuator. According to the invention, a sensor circuit that performs sampling synchronous with noise is provided. Therefore even if a switching noise of the motor coil current of the actuator occurs, the rotational position free of harmonics is determined. As a result, by excluding the influence of the noise, posture position control of little vibration is carried out.
